PRODUCTS - Heat Exchangers

Dustex designs and manufactures air to air heat exchangers for gas cooling and heat recovery purposes for industry and utility applications.

Heat exchangers are custom designed and suited to handle abrasive particulate laden gas.

• Dustex designs both tubular forced-convective and U-tube radiant-convective air  to air heat exchangers
• Tubular force-convective heat exchangers can be provided in multi-pass configurations which allows for process heat recovery
• Heat exchangers can be design for inlet temperatures up to 1200° F.
• Common heat exchangers applications include cupolas, electric arc furnaces, clinker coolers and air pre-heaters.  Please consult a Dustex applications engineer for your process requirement.
